Some of these are pretty generic, but the poker blogger community has a few of our own. If I have missed some, let me know.

A,Q - The Stripper (yeah, I made it up, so what) (This was originally A,J, but I think it's more appropriate with the Q and A,J is better as the Hoy)
A,J - The Hoy (not because he likes it, LOL)
A,7 - The Tourist
A,2 - The Cheney (a bullet and a duck)
K,K - Cowboys, Brokeback, Doughnuts (Krispy Kreme)
K,Q - Anna Kournikova
K,J - Donkey, Super Donkey if soooted
K,9 suited - Le Dawn

Q,3 - Gay Waiter
J,K off - The Masterbater
J,J - Fishhooks

KK = Doughnuts (Krispy Kreme)
Also I call the trap hand 64 "the Lapdance" from a song from the gangsta rapper The Game:
"Call it a lapdance/when that six-fo' bounce that ass."
I may be mistaken, but I believe the Anna Kournikova is KQ, not AK. It looks great, but it just doesn't win that often.
Yeah, I've always known Kournikova as KQ...diamonds it's in a Short Skirt

I can't believe I forgot the tourist! It looks like KQ will be the new Anna. The Dick Cheney is hilarious.
